Installation
Minimum Requirements
- PHP version 5.6.4 or greater (PHP 7.0 or greater is recommended)
- MySQL version 5.0 or greater (MySQL 5.6 or greater is recommended)
- WooCommerce verson 3.0.7 or greater
Automatic installation
- Login to your WordPress admin panel and click on Plugins > “Add New”
- Search for the “Flippa Online Business Valuation Plugin” and select the “Install Now” option. A new menu item will appear named “Flippa”.
- When you select “Flippa” from your WordPress admin panel you will enter the Flippa Online Valuation Plugin.
Manual installation
In case you want to manually install the plugin all you have to do is to unpack the plugin package and upload it to your webserver via FTP. You can find more detailed instructions on how to do this here
Updating
Whenever there’s a new version of the plugin available, you’ll see a notification in your WordPress admin panel and you can automatically update it by following the link in notification.
As with all other plugin updates, it is a good idea to backup your site first, just in case something unexpected goes wrong.

Most of the information we need about your business to calculate your valuation is extracted from your past WooCommerce sales data. However, there are a few extra data points that we’ll need you to provide us with to complete your valuation. If the information you provide is accurate, your valuation will be in the ballpark of what you could expect to sell it for on the Flippa marketplace.
